What is covered

  • Standard Included Warranty:
    • We cover the systems for 1 year, all parts, and our labor to repair the system in house if needed.  
    • Uninstall or installation labor is not included if the system needs to be replaced. 
    • Shipping Costs:  For the first 6 months the warranty includes the return shipping cost of your system to us, we will send you a label.  The customer is responsible for packing the system and taking it to a UPS or FedEx location.   
    • From 6 months to 12 months, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
    • Unlimited phone support, many problems can be fixed over the phone.   
  • Extended Warranty  –  5 years extended warranty upgrade is only sold at the time of purchase online. Includes shipping costs for 5 years

What it does not cover

  • The warranty does not damage to the system during installation. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall if the system needs to be replaced.  Installation tips are here
